About Larlkyn
Hi, I’m Larlkyn. I’m an engineer turned nutritionist. In 2008, despite living an active life, my bloodwork revealed that I was pre-diabetic. At the time, I had no idea. Following the conventional food guide, I thought I was eating pretty healthy. I avoided all fats and doubled down on grains and starches. Nothing changed. I still felt something wasn’t right. I was sluggish after meals, hangry every 2 hours, slept poorly and got sick easily. In 2010, I left an engineering career to study nutrition to get my health back. I solved this problem for myself. Now, I help others solve theirs.
